Not only our first wedding of the year but my first wedding post baby…I loved every minute! Apologies for the delay in posting…the new website is SO close that I thought I could hold off but I don’t want to deprive you of seeing the pics any longer!!
On the very last day of March, before jetting off to America for a non-stop, action packed, honeymoon; Karren and Steve celebrated their marriage with friends and family at The Dolphin Hotel in Southampton. It was an absolute honour to be there. These are two of the loveliest people you could ever hope to meet…putting aside the fact that Steve calls me Scabs rather than Abs (it’s OK, I’ve known him long enough for him to get away with it!). I can’t think of a single negative thing about this couple or their wonderful day. I’m always over whelmed by the love and support of the family and friends, not just for the bride and groom but for us! We were made to feel so welcome and I’m pleased to say that I enjoyed a warm fuzzy feeling whilst looking around the ceremony room and seeing the exciteable faces of everyone waiting for Karren to walk down the aisle with her father.
It’s not every day that you meet two people so perfectly matched…both share a wonderfully cheeky quality and a genuine warmth. The little looks that they gave each other throughout the ceremony made me giggle (both during the ceremony and whilst editing the images) and the sincerity of their vows made me well up….Karren even caught me shedding a tear! They’re perfect together, it is obvious in the way that they bounce off each other and compliment one another perfectly, their love is simply beautiful to witness.
