My oh my, what a wedding this was. From the petals and mirrors lining the aisle, the breathtaking floral arrangements and the individual notes for each guest; this day was nothing short of perfect.
Sam and Craig are a fantastic couple, with a wicked sense of humour and style(!), being around them is sure to make you smile. I had a wonderful time photographing the girls during the prep time, we had exclusive use of the Morning Room which is a wonderful space in which to relax and prepare for the day ahead and, as usual, I left my chap to capture the guys chilling out.
The moment when, surrounded by friends and family, they saw each other for the first time was truly beautiful. I love it when a bride and groom make their day truly personal and one of the highlights for me was that the ceremony incorporated the lighting of a unity candle, it was such a lovely moment.
I have to credit some of the people that made this day so beautiful. Sarah Keenan for the gorgeous make-up, Effie at Exceptional Flowers and the very talented team at Cherubs Floral Design for the breathtaking floristry and Salieri String Quartet for providing such atmospheric and beautiful music during the ceremony and drinks reception. I also have to thank the Wedding Coordinator at Warbrook House who, despite my incessant questions and favours, pulled the whole day together despite timings being rather adrift! Thank you Freddy!
There is no doubt that Sam and Craig must have put a phenomenal amount of hours into planning the details for their day but it absolutely paid off…everything about the day was perfect excluding the weather! It has to be said, thought, that even the incessant drizzle outside could not dampen the mood.
