Wedding Photography: Penny & Ted – Hound Church, Netley Abbey

Penny and Ted’s wedding day was glorious, the weather, the people and the couple themselves.

I was fortunate to be able to take photographs from the altar and so had the greatest privilege of seeing what the rest of the congregation couldn’t, the absolute love shining from their faces.   From the moment they were beside one another it was as though no one else, in that moment, existed.  I couldn’t stop grinning, this was real, honest, love the way it’s described in books and poetry, it was beautiful to see.

After a moving ceremony at Hound Church, they made their way to a Yacht Club in Hamble with their friends and family where they celebrated their union with drinks and laughter in the sunshine whilst the children played on the water-front.  It really couldn’t have been any lovelier.
