Lifestyle Photography – The McQuirk Family, Netley Abbey

I parked up at Netley Abbey ruin, pulled on my new cupcake design welly boots (it was their first outing so I reckon they deserve a mention!) and with my camera in hand, hopped out of the car.  My email from Jo had said that I would recognise her as being the one with the crazy Springer Spaniel and the looney girls…this desciption made me like her way before meeting her.  It didn’t take me long to spot Jo and her family, identified by the dog frantically searching the ruins and two flashes of pink chasing after it!

Netley Abbey is such a fantastic place to visit, the combination of towering archways and dark little rooms makes it a great place for families to explore.  On this particuar Saturday morning it was wonderfully quiet and we roamed and chatted at leisure whilst I snapped away…I particularly loved taking the images of the girls with the leaves…unsurprisingly, it was when they started bashing me on the head with the branches that we had the most fun!! 😀

Thanks, Jo, for letting me photograph your gorgeous family…and crazy dog!
