Just occasionally you meet a couple that make you think “Oh Wow! These guys are great together!” and this would be Julie and Paul. We met one evening in the middle of Winter to talk about their plans for their big day and we laughed…we really did laugh. They were totally honest with me and said that there were other photographers that they were meeting with and when I got home to Mr.C I said, “I really hope I’m the one”.
A weeks or so later they got in touch to say that due to budget constraints, they thought they’d have to go with another photographer (sad face) but that everything had worked out and they wanted to book me. HAPPY FACE! I think I may have danced around my living room. Okay, I did.
We’ve been popping emails back and forth ever since and a week or so ago we met up again at their venue, Elmers Court in Lymington, for their pre-wedding session. Seeing them together, I was immediately reminded why I wanted to photograph them so badly…JUST LOOK AT THEM! Look at how they are together, the smiles, the cuddles and laughter…when two people act like this together a photographer cannot help but skip through the session. We had a blast and I am just so excited to get back there in a few weeks for their big day.
