When a couple welcomes a new little person into the world their home becomes their sanctuary, a place where it doesn’t matter if there is washing everywhere, where time is insignificant and walking around with a muslin permanently attached to your shoulder is the norm and it’s for this reason that welcoming a photographer into your home to document the cosiness is both exciting and daunting.
I always feel so privileged to document this special time in a family’s life and never fail to enjoy reminiscing about when George was little. Chris and Anna were instantly warm and welcoming and their home was a far cry from the craziness I’ve come to expect with little ones…they had it all sussed. Oscar was just the happiest little fella and aside from demanding to be fed, he happily let us prop him into various different positions and cooed away the whole time.
